A Reiki healing is very simply performed. Treatments are individually tailored to the client's needs and condition. The practitioner rests hands for a few minutes on specific areas of the body (head, torso, legs and back) allowing energy to pass through into the client. This energy which radiates from the palms of practitioner's hands is a gentle nurturing energy. You may experience pleasant warmth, pulsation, tingling, and a comfortable feeling of deep relaxation.
